   It's the changing rooms that let's the whole shopping experience down.....almost everyone who buys jeans tries them on first, yet there is no attention to the comfort if the changing rooms!

   My friend and I came into the hornby dressage store on sat 19th july. The staff were so amazing very helpful not pushy and despite it being super busy they helped everyone and we're nice and calm and cheerful. We ended up purchasing 9 pairs of jeans between us. Amazing Customer service is huge draw card for me to come back again thank you to the team.

   Bought a pair of jeans in Nelson but wrong size. Even lost the receipt! Went into Hornby with little expectations. Lilly contacted Nelson, located the receipt then found my size was not in stock there but located replacements in Northlands and put them on hold! The extra mile with a winning smile! Brilliant happy service. Well done! Love this store!

   The staff are friendly, helpful and best of all, they know their jeans! It’s an outlet shop, so you’ll find some great deals. There’s also a selection of non-clearance stock, so there’s sure to be something for you. I can’t speak highly enough about the lady who helped me today.

   Just tried to purchase jeans at Horny. Assistant couldn't help because she didn't have her glasses. Just walked away despite saying the manager would be able to help me. Manager wasn't with another client. I walked out. Will purchase on line, however never again with Just Jeans.
