After calling to you store about a product that the Hornby store web site said it was in stock and then being told by the staff there that I was wrong and looking it up in the wrong store and they had no stock I left. Your staff are the most arrogant people I have had to deal with in a long time, it is a good thing that the staff at your Blenhiem road store were more than helpful or I would never go back to any of your stores again. If your staff do not want to be there on the weekends maybe they should look for a job with no weekend work. They should also realize that anyone who walks into you store is a customer and should be treated with more respect than I was.
