Phoned the store up to see if they had a Simms fishing top in stock, the guy I spoke to wasn't very helpful and didn't seem very interested with my query, I was made to feel like I was wasting his time. I wanted to make sure they had one in the right colour and size as I would be traveling some distance in, ended up buying from another retailer.
Great service. Bought a beautiful set of binoculars and the staff were very knowledgeable and happy to take the time to talk about it and run through the calibration. Very good attention to detail.
Super friendly staff, were very helpful in helping me find a rod and also gave me some good advice and tips without making me feel like an idiot.
Top notch HnF store, don’t go anywhere else for all my fishing needs. Rusty is a top bloke absolute guru and always keen on a yarn and to share his knowledge, has given me awsome tips and tricks wouldn’t have caught many trout without it! Also good pricing and huge variety of everything Cheers guys!
