    If you rent hear for a day, you can pick it up the previous day and bring it back the day after you use it , all for the rate you pay for one day. You can rent shoes, skis/boards, helmets, poles and clothing. They don't have goggles for rent though, you would need to bring your own or buy one. We got information about weather conditions on Mt Hutt and ended up deciding to move our ski day one day earlier following their recommendation and it was a good decision, the weather was way better than the day after. The atmosphere between the workers was a little tense.

    My daughters rent skis and boots here every year, and we have always had such a good experience! The staff take their time to make sure that the boots fit well, and that everything is in order. Then they keep a record of the kid’s sizes so when we call ahead, the skis and boots are all ready without having to remember sizes and such. A tidy, well stocked shop with the best rental prices in town and the friendliest staff! I absolutely recommend!

    This was my first snow season, and at the end of May I purchased a pair of HEAD snowboard boots recommended by a staff member at this store. As a beginner, I only used them for less than 15 days during half a season, but the left boot started to come apart ,the toe area came unglued, the front material collapsed, and the binding could no longer be tightened properly. When I brought the boots back to the store to claim warranty, the staff accepted them and told me I would be contacted in 2–3 days. However, I waited two weeks without any update, and only when I went back to the store myself did they inform me that they no longer had this model in stock, could not repair them, and would only offer a 50% credit toward another pair of boots in their store. In the end, I had to request a refund, but they only refunded me 50% of the purchase price. By comparison, I also bought some snow gear from Bivouac which developed an issue, and they immediately replaced it at 100% value with no hassle. This was a very disappointing shopping experience, and I would not recommend this store to my friends.

    I initially came in for a rental and ended up being served by Alex, who has a wealth of knowledge about skis. He assigned me a pair of skis that suited me for the weekend. Came back today to return them and he was quick to assist further with a pair that I wanted to purchase. I spent a lot of time deliberating - Alex was patient, understanding and advised according to my preferences. I dont think I'll need to rent a pair for myself again, but will definitely recommend Alex and Snow Mania for their customer service.

    I've been snowboarding for 20 years now and here I had the worst board ever: I rented a board + binding and after two slopes I literally had to rent another board elsewhere. That's how bad the board was, super old, super heavy and rigid, the bindings with a very impractical system and not very functional. When I returned the equipment I mentioned it, and they did not even give me a refund. I do not recommend rent here at all.
