“I used their brilliant deal where you buy a second hand bike from them and then return it at the end of your holiday (almost 3 weeks) and they buy it back for half what you paid. The bike was brilliant in very good condition and allowed me to explore Christchurch with ease. My fav place has to be Bottle Lake and the forest tracks. I didn't use the bike on a bus service but a friendly bus driver let me take a photo of my bike on the bus to show friends back home, what a fab way to take your bike further afield. “The wealth of knowledge in this store is incredible. Not just with gear, but local resort and club. I went in to get a board wax and edge ($40 - done in one day) for my first ever season in Christchurch. Ended up spending around an hour across both days talking to Andrew and one of the owners about the local club scene, how it all works, how each club is slightly different down to how certain weather patterns change certain fields. They aren't pushy sales people, but I left thinking my setup is holding me back and this is the last season on my current kit. Their detailed knowledge down to the type of edges on your board just always made sense. I'll be hitting this place first when it's time.”

“Probably the best customer service I've ever had. The owner and the staff that I talk to all live and breathe the sports they sell, so they know their stuff and most of the gear in house is what they like to ride, wear or use for maintenance, so you know you're in good hands. If you're new to the country, they can also point you in the right direction for waves or powder. They have good connections to their suppliers and really go all the way for their customers. I had trouble with my winter wetsuit and even though it fell out of warranty (by a few weeks), they were ready to help me out. Absolute legends!”

“Simon is the best Podiatrist! After 15 years of using my hip to overcome the periodic dysfunction in my osteo-arthritic ankle, my hip was 'buggered'. Whilst the HOKA shoe gave me 6 years of great support, Simon's assessment showed a much needed customised orthotic as the 'rocker' in the HOKA shoe whilst great, had caused a loss in foot mobility. Combined with my chiropractor, physio and Simon - I am now walking pain-free and my hip is fantastic!”

“Absolutely amazing service from a young lady working here. She helped me find the best bras to complement my figure. Her sizing advice was spot on. She even gave me a new style to try that I surprisingly loved. Not only are the staff lovely, but so are the deals honestly worth the 20-minute drive for me. I was able to buy 4 bras for $150. This is amazing considering I went to a store the weekend prior, and it would've come to $245. If you are looking for kind, fast, service and some good deals, I recommend giving this place a go.”

“Awesome store with a relatively wide selection of All Blacks and Canterbury apparels and accessories. Some of the items were on sale/clearance so if you’re lucky you might find a good deal. The staff were super friendly and helpful. He made us feel very comfortable in the store by breaking the ice and sharing information about the brand and his recommendations. He went the extra mile to search for the sizes and designs that we requested for. His customer service was top notch. We left the store contented with the items we wanted. Thank you from Singapore!”
