   Really disappointed in how much converse’s customer service has dropped! That was once their major focus. I Visited the store on a Sunday bout midday with a precious manager of converse for some shoes for my kids. Not many people in store but multiple workers, 2 were doing the old tie shoelace trick look busy but don’t talk to anyone and then two were having a yarn behind the counter. Loved this place! But not one person welcomed either of us into store. No-one asked if we needed any help and the girl I had to also about the deal on the back wall had no idea about the sale and the extra 30 percent off. Told me it was final sale with price on the box but when I asked her to check. She told me it was 30 percent off that price but then continued to tell me the incorrect price after anyway. It was disappointing. I left with nothing and went to puma. Please get that customer service back. So we feel welcome in store when spending our money!

   Just had a wonderful experience here. A few weeks ago, I bought some shoes and a pair was ordered and delivered to me. Unfortunately it was the wrong style and I was too busy to make it in for a few weeks. After bringing the wrong style in, the manager was lovely enough to find the correct pair and order them to be delivered for me again. The staff member who helped me the first time even remembered me from almost a month ago! Absolutely lovely staff, very thorough and understanding. Can't recommend them enough.

   Staff was lovely when we purchased the stuff but next day we had to return something they made it so difficult. Lady at the front was looking so frustrated and the way she talked to me extremely rude. She was racist for sure because the way she was dealing with Asians. we won’t coming back again and not recommend anyone to come here in this store. Very disappoint . She has ruined my day.

   Was instore yesterday and was served at the counter by Aurora. She was super friendly and chatty and it was such a good positive and feel good interaction that I just wanted to ensure I gave some feedback! Her personality and genuine interest in her customers is an asset to your store for sure. Thank you Aurora for the reminder that not everyone is in a rush to get things done and move on to the next!

   Came in on Monday afternoon with my younger brother and again was served by Jess, as always she gave us amazing service, was extremely helpful and answered all our questions as well as making sure we got the best deal with the 60% off additionalitems. We left super happy with our purchases and definitely will be back again soon.

   Jack was awesome. knew his stuff and made sure i got suitable shoes for what i needed them for (weight training). he also made sure i got best bang for bucks. haven't had such a good customer service experience in a long time. I'll definitely be back.

   Didn't had a good shopping experience. Really rude customer service at the desk by the lady. Said there wont be any return of the product though it says on the receipt and when ask for a bag said there no bag in the store and gave us a an open broken box which we have carry in the mall .
