   Fantastic little cafe Called Aporo which is situated inside the supermarket. The owner of the cafe and her team are friendly and if they aren't ultra busy are open for a chat. Especially with members of the community The food is cabinet and where needed served to your table The cabinet food is absolutely yummy and priced accordingly and very affordable

   It's a really friendly New World it's a bit further than our local one but we worth the trip. Fresh meats, pies, pastries and great selection of fruit and veggies it also has ready made section that has a fantastic fresh bowl with rice, edamame and chicken.

   I received an email from New World saying if I downloaded their app, I would receive offers of bonus dollars. I did this but when I went to use this app, it said I had to activate the offer which I did, as I had bought the products to get the bonus dollars. I had a certain time to get these offers which I made sure I did. I found this app very hard to use and spent time at the checkout with the cashier activating it. For all my time and trouble I received 3 bonus dollars. I was expecting up to $40 bonus dollars. I talked to the customer service at your store. Got told to email New World South Island, which I did, sent in all the relevant information which I had recieved by email. They decided to give me $20 miserable dollars. This is disgusting, I did everything that app told me to which was not easy to use and numerous emails to their head office and they decided to give me $20. I am going to shop at Pak N Save.

   Terrible customer service. Why are the old woman in the check out are grumpy? What a nice morning to start with. Just asking on where I am going to get a club card. She better be in the milk fridge instead of the check out. What a cold blooded karen!

   We love this awesome little supermarket. It has a vibrant, community focused, happy feel about it. We have been doing out groceries here for over 5 years and our kids have grown up getting to know the staff who greet them every time they come in. Our son happily told me “that’s my friend mum” pointing to one of the checkout ladies who was waving at him and it made his day lol. Keep doing a great job Northwood New World. Your customer service, clean store and fresh product is second to none :)

   I use the online shopping app which I find very convenient, easy and it saves me money. But I have been having a lot of problems lately getting the things I want. They seem to be continually out of stock of some products or they are substituted for another product. I never used to have this problem until the new owner took over. I drive past Countdown to get to New World, so may start using them instead.

   Very nice supermarket but not my local but as I was over that way I popped in to get a few items. It is bright inside and things laid out well. Staff helpful. Like all supermarkets you paid more for some things then at your local but then there were the good specials to get with the clubcard.

   Great supermarket. Large and varied selection of products, anything you could need. Fantastic to see it has a great range of Vegan products - probably the best I've seen yet in a supermarket. And it has the best supermarket Delicatessen in Christchurch in my opinion. The salad bar is great too. Don't have to wait in long queues to be served and always lots of parking available. Highly Recommended.
