   Worst customer service, i was told they don't care about CGA or consumer rights. Complaint to head office, but never heard back.

   The outlet is good but had really poor experience with staff. Brought a pair at converse outlet at hornby, went to the counter to make a payment where after sweeping my card I saw "payment accepted" but the checkout operator said payment has not gone through. When the card bill came a month after I found, I have been charged twice. I was told on the phone to bring the receipt, card and my Id to the store. When went to the store I was told, "Hannah" was on smoko and she could only sort it out. I was told she would be back in 5 minutes ended up waiting nearly half an hour. Gave all the proof and Hannah told me the payment can't be reversed back to the card but will go in an credit card account which would take 7 days. Next billing cycle still no payment made to the card. On ringing Hannah again told me to come to store as she didn't remember were my details were. Again whole thing repeated as happened last time including waiting to she Ms. Hannah for almost 30 mins. Next Cycle again no payment made. This carried on for 3 month. In the fourth month again when I didn't find any payment I asked Hannah for her head office details on this she asked to be bit patient and wait for one more day. Apparently soon after everything was working and money was back in card as well. To all reading this, pls do take receipt of yours purchase and do check yours cards statement so this all doesn't happens to you. Thanks.

   The team here are amazing. Polite, helpful and good level of chatty. Helped us find exactly what we needed, and the sale was amazing. Special mention to the lady who was at the counter and praised my boys good behaviour - a mum shoe shopping with 3 boys is always going to be frazzled and this just made me feel great.
