Poor quality product with significant wear in less than a year. Icebreaker products seem to have an expected lifespan of six months, which is considered normal and not covered by warranty. Store staff were unable to offer a refund or replacement without a manager present. Additionally, the online customer service confirmed that this wear is typical and does not qualify for replacement, and did not offer to cover shipping to their head office which was required for their “assessment”. Stick to The Warehouse which is apparently higher quality with a 24 month warranty. Very disappointed.
