I had a great experience there. The staff were attentive but also allowed me time to browse to see what I needed They were so good! And I got exactly what I needed.
I want to highlight the wonderful service I received from Nicola at Rangiora number one shoes, she was very knowledgeable about what I wanted and gave me several options! Nothing was a problem!
Had a voucher to redeem against a pair of slippers. The young lady that served us, was extremely patient and very helpful. I was shown a large range of slippers and she went well out of her way to help me find the correct size. Checkout was a breeze. Highly recommend this shop, great service and a good range at sensible prices.
I came in today to return a pair of shoes, the staff were lovely and friendly. I didn’t have my receipt so they helped me find the sale and were able to process the exchange.
Found the staff to be rude, and everytime I've gone there was no parking at all available due to the shared car park. Wouldn't go back to this store at all. Much rather drive to one of the Chch stores.
Good shoes for any budget
Very helpful and friendly staff, I went there looking for some brown loafer styled boots and some lady helped me find the right pair.
Very helpful lady directed me to some very useful shoes for someone with one swollen foot.
Bad service.Went into store looking for a comfy pair of dressy shoes. Was in my gardening clothes. Assistant was helping another person. When the other customer left I stood by counter looking at shoes. Assistant walked behind me not one word. Then she went out arranging shoes. I threw my hands up in the air and walked out. She then said thanks .. so I said thanks for what you didn't even acknowledge me. Look at cameras 10 dec 2021 around 4.15pm. Won't go back
Friendly, knowledgeable staff that didn't mind me asking them a million questions about the shoes and sizing etc. Happy to grab all the sizes I wanted to try to ensure I got the right ones, and not once did they make me feel like I was a hassle! Ordered me in what I needed for a later collection date, so I will ensure to be back....time and time again! Thanks - 5 stars!
