Phoned service was exceptionally. Very knowledgeable about their products. They couriered our new Tent and it arrived in Blenheim the next day. Didn't charge us for courier and sold the tent at its Sale price. I would highly recommend for camping equipment. Thanks again for your exceptionally service.
The BEST STAFF IN THE WORLD. Full of laughs and banter which makes a great atmosphere, team and great place to shop. Thank you Angler humans .
Have shopped at this place a few times and knew a girl who used to work there. The manager there shouts at staff and makes them feel small. Seems like management refuse to take responsibility when there are issues or product returns and blame customers too. This place has gone downhill in last 6 months not sure what they're doing. Prices are also way too high. I went to buy something today and they refused to price match something even though their website says they will as the 'manager said no we dont do that anymore'. Such a shame used to like this little business
Visited Complete Outdoors Yesterday for Ski Gear, served by Emma and ( can't recall his name ) 10/10 for service and Knowledge. Great selection of gear for every level of skier
No after sales support. Bought some equipment, was told that they will get it in and now has been about 3 months (sounded like it would be overnight) and still have not recieved the parts need to complete what I have bought from them.
They have a huge range of fishing, hiking, camping, ski and snowboard gear. Their ski outlet is the biggest I've ever seen. Great service too.
