“Bought a pair of McKinlays from here which they shipped to the store very quickly and helped in sizing for my wide feet. They've held up great through a year of rough use walking on pavement and cycling around. These weren't waterproof, but a bit of wax on the stitching has given them water resistance. 5 stars.”

“Excellent service from Bridie today. She helped me secure shoes I wanted that weren't in stock in Christchurch from another store in the last 30 mins before closing. She let me try on the same shoes in a different colour to ensure I had the right fit. I also had great service from another young lady last week. There was an issue with the email address on my loyalty account and she took the time to fix it and sort out my loyalty points - it was no problem.”

“Visited a few PAK'nSAVE stores around the country. Super impressed. Layout is similar. A much larger store. A huge variety. Easy to find. Situated in the mall, which makes access to other stores very easy. Lots of parking across multiple levels. Fresh produce was perfect.”

I popped in earlier, made a purchase, and then realised my Farmers Club Card hadn't been linked up properly. When I went back to the till for a quick query, Tom stepped right in. He was brilliant! “I was looking for a bra and decided to inquire about a bra fitting and I'm so glad I did. Despite my initial nervousness, the experience proved pleasant. A sales member began by asking my preference then checking bra fits, later consulting a colleague for another opinion. This resulted in a smooth process, and pinpointing the perfect bra. The flaky, golden pastry is absolute perfection, and the filling is something truly special. The slow-cooked beef infused with Sumatran spices creates an explosion of rich, aromatic flavors, perfectly balanced with just the right amount of warmth and depth. Every bite is pure magic. Not only is their pie award-winning (and rightfully so!), but their customer service is outstanding. They went above and beyond to courier pies all the way to Palmerston North, and they arrived in perfect condition, safely guarded by a little gingerbread man! That personal touch says everything about the care they put into their food and their customers. I would move to Rangiora just to be closer to this bakery. If you love pies that set a new standard, do yourself a favor and get here. 1000% recommended!”

“Keri was absolutely fantastic, her service was outstanding. Jannine and I came in the store and Keri greeted us straight way, she told us if our size wasn't available on the racks she can have a look out back for us. The clothes in store are amazing quality, beautiful colours and selections for all ages. We weren't sure what we were looking for at first but Keri spent an hour with us helping us with various different styles and options, it was absolutely amazing. “That’s an awesome customer service from Mister Minit Riccarton. We had got our two belt been punched for some holes. It surprised us when they did it for free for us. And to show our appreciation, we bought some key chains from them. Even though they did it for free, they showed us their nice attitude and treated us like a loyal customer.
