After a careful measurement, I bought a ring from the store but still got the sizing wrong (it was too small). Debbie was very helpful throughout the whole process. Lovely to speak with on the phone and over emails. Prompt communication, she is happy to do a refund even the purchase was on sale instead of store credit which I really appreciate (I think it’s really fair on the customers and really show the values of the merchant). “I went to Sketchers Tower Junction today with my Mum as we both wanted walking shoes, no one in store when we entered and a girl stood at the counter but avoided eye contact and did not greet us or offer assistance. I decided to find shoe sizes and basically serve myself and my Mum. When I did this we were suddenly assisted by a lovely friendly young woman, we were given exceptional service from Georgia (the manager). We ended up buying three pairs of shoes and I was happy with the service we received from Georgia and complimented her as we left. It’s a shame that other staff member wasn’t up to serving us today.”
