   The staff member working in the fitting room(18/08/2025 around 1730pm) was extremely rude. Their facial expression and tone made it feel as though they were rushing me to leave. After trying on the clothes, instead of handling the items themselves, they instructed me to hang everything back on the hangers, which, I believe, is their responsibility. It felt like they were taking out their anger on me. The behavior came across as unhelpful and unprofessional. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.

   Rating this as 4 stars only Clothings are awesome but one thing missing is a chair to sit on while waiting for wife/girlfriend doing shopping. My partner is going to spend my money on your store and she will look for dress or whatever and it always take about an hour or two, please put a chair or something to sit on while waiting. Please consider my situation.

   Went to return an item that my daughter had been given as a Christmas present from a relative. Was told she couldnt return or exchange without the receipt. I didn't have the receipt as I wasnt the one who purchased for her. She wasnt after a refund/cash, just wanted to change it for somerhing else. Not even offered a store credit, just flat out no! Every other store that I know of at least offers a store credit. Im going to look into this as I think this goes against consumer rights. The sales assistant was extremely rude too.

   Disappointing experience. I love H&M but I found inconsistencies with the Christchurch stores. I had to make a special trip to the Riccarton store but found the 15% discount on dresses (found in the City Centre and also Auckland) did not apply to this store. I double checked before buying and they said no sales on offer. My mum got the same dress the day before in the city and got the discount. Sale should apply across stores but I suppose this store is out on their own

   Worst staff I’ve ever experienced in retail. You’re better off hiring the guy that asks for coins out the back every day. Two staff members had no idea about anything on the floor and very rude and dismissive, as if us asking was the most inconvenient part of their day.
