   Went into SPCA Rangiora Today And was spoken to very aggressively by a old lady with grey hair and glasses , I saw something I liked for $40 and had noticed it had been out for over a month and I had nicely asked her if she would sell it for $30 and she snapped at me and said no it can sit on the self and to be honest I was actually going to buy it for $40 but the way she spoke to me has turned me off ever going back and shopping there I am very disappointed as I am a avid op shopper and has spent a lot of money at that op shop in the past and now I will be telling no one to go there thanks to that woman with no respect or a idea of what customer service is and I also see under these reviews that she has been mentioned below disgusting behaviour.

   A lovely clean store stocked with good quality clean items. The staff are friendly and happy to help. I always find an item or 2 off their boutique rack. My friends are amazed at where I get my clothes, now we have opshopping dates not coffee dates.

   old short lady with gray hair harassed me into buying a $3 damaged shoe brush because i tested it out on my own shoe, she ran up to me and said “are you going to buy this? you can’t just brush your shoe and put it back” i tried to explain that it was damaged and already dirty and then she said “it dosent matter you can’t just walk up in here and use it like that” i tried to explain that it was in a already used and damaged condition, and then she rudely called me a slur and made me feel like i had to buy it. definitely wouldn’t recommend coming here.

   Disappointing visit to this store, the pricing of things is ridiculously expensive for donated items! The items are not in great condition at all being faded and pilled they just label as “vintage” so they can put a high price on it. Will not be shopping here again after my visit
