“I came in today to return a pair of shoes, the staff were lovely and friendly. I didn’t have my receipt so they helped me find the sale and were able to process the exchange.”

“Customer service was good - the sales lady was attentive and listened to my problem about the last two pairs of shoes I'd purchased for a destructive three year old boy with a tendency to ruin the front toe cap of his shoes within a day. She sold me a pair of Clarks shoes that were on sale. I'm happy that these shoes are still intact after four days and looking in great condition. Would definitely shop here again as this store has a better range of shoes for toddlers/pre-schoolers than other stores.”

Styles all pretty good and the new chinos and cashmere knit are my new favourite things neither of which I would have associated with 3 Wise Men being any good at. Shirts good as usual but some of the tailored fit shirts are still a tad boxy. 10/10 would shop again.”

“More a review of who we dealt with rather than the store itself. My partner and I were served by Thomas and he was exceptional! We had a special request of swapping a shirt purchased some time ago for a smaller size and he was very helpful. Went above and beyond to help select some options (after asking what my partner liked most) and was super friendly. Previous experiences in this store have been less positive due to the customer service but Thomas redeemed Johnny Bigg completely in our eyes. Thanks :)”

“I have recently been shopping at your northlands mall store. The assistant whose name was Cara is what I would say is the very best in customer service that I have seen for a very long time. As an older woman who has become used to being treated as invisible by retail staff it has been a refreshing change to experience this level of customer service. Unfortunately it was the wrong style and I was too busy to make it in for a few weeks. After bringing the wrong style in, the manager was lovely enough to find the correct pair and order them to be delivered for me again. The staff member who helped me the first time even remembered me from almost a month ago! Absolutely lovely staff, very thorough and understanding. Can't recommend them enough.”
