No loose good quality potatoes, only the white boilers. Come on u sneaky owner, all the other supermarkets have loose agaria and the red potatoes, this place wants you to buy a big bag so they can go off. People that live alone only want a buy loose potatoes
Bad experience - 1 certain staff member not polite and unhelpful. Id only come back in to get my phone that id forgot at the store. Her and another staff member didn't know anything about my phone (no communication between the team) and acted like I was wasting their time. If your going to work in service at least show some respect.
What a pleasant store ! Went here for the first time today and will be my new go to from now on. Very fresh veggies and appealing bakery and meat deals, wide isles and minimal customers when I went there. Saw a great deal I'm going to get next Thursday, cooked chicken with a pottel of slaw and 6 little buns $15
Third time in a week there have been no green grapes apart from some very poor quality ones in plastic tub/boxes. The 'serve yourself' nuts and staples identification system is very difficult, writing the ref. no. on the sticker and then getting it off the roll is difficult. What happened to ziplock bags and a marker pen?
Lovely store, odd staff interactions. I noticed older staff members being quite rude to younger staff when help was required. It made me feel quite uncomfortable.. Additionally, i think prices are very inflated here. I'm unsure why, but I'm always blown away by my receipts at this fresh choice.
Fresh choice Parklands is a great place to shop staff so friendly as it's good because my friend lives locally and it's easier for her to go there would totally recommend to anyone in around the area or just passing thanks Fresh Choice :-)
Great local supermarket, and the perfect size. I was surprised by the prices! They have good specials which can make your shop on par with prices from the other supermarket chains.
This place used to be great but has really declined in the last year. Long lines at the 1or 2 checkouts open. The self checkout barely has room for trolleys and only takes cards, & often does not apply the special price automatically (beware of this). They often have areas of empty shelves as they have difficulty with keeping stocked...this will not stop putting an item on special, they ran out of tinned beetroot 1 week ago...and put the on special price sign on the still empty shelf yesterday or today lol..its so special its invisible. On the upside the wine selection and prices are usually fantastic and always well stocked (whoever does this should manage the whole store), which is great because after a long time in line for half the items you came for a cold glass of sav is often needed.
Great local, prices are as good as larger chains. Main drawback is now there are self checkouts there's always a line at the one teller available if you don't want to self checkout. Delivery service the best one available IMO.
Hi there! My children and I got a coffee from the lady at the cafe this morning although she was very very busy serving and Making the coffee. Her service was exceptional despite being under pressure and she made a brilliant coffee. Wish I got her name. Hopefully you can pass along the feedback
