Had high hopes for red rat and a seamless delivery twice I’ve ordered through them. Unfortunately they make it extremely difficult when it comes to getting a refund after a pair of shoes were faulty. It was arranged prior to returning, and for some reason has taken over a week of them physically having the shoes back to arrange any sort of refund or exchange. I feel like they’re going out of their way to stall a refund. I’m yet to have any resolution - just have been told today for the third time to wait for email notification.
Good collection of street wear clothing. Most importantly it’s a kiwi owned company so always happy to support locals. The customer service is amazing plus competitive pricing.

Had an account for 2 years didn't like how the manager always pressured you to up ya payments, even when you explained to him no cost of living gone up ect .. Was questioned again why I was canceling and said "you can put your payments down" just frustrating, and now I been waiting 2 weeks for a watch to be delivered and corporate is USELESS with helping !
Rip offs, wheres my refund ive been asking for, for 3 weeks now, Vick bro! Don't tell lies aye, A real professional manager knows to do the right thing by his costumers once his in the business industry, I called you on the 13th it's the 23rd today mate!
