   Bought a pair of McKinlays from here which they shipped to the store very quickly and helped in sizing for my wide feet. They've held up great through a year of rough use walking on pavement and cycling around. These weren't waterproof, but a bit of wax on the stitching has given them water resistance. 5 stars.

   Did some research and came across this store - their prices on the brand of school shoes that I was looking for were cheaper than other retailers by at least $50 - which is a bonus at this time of year! As soon as I entered the store with my daughter, the lady (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name) knew exactly what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction. She spent a good 10 minutes with us, ensuring that the shoes fit correctly and gave my daughter good advice on wearing them in before school starts. Thank you for your exceptional service - service like that is a rarity these days! I have 3 other children that will eventually require this type of school shoe so I'll definitely be back! Well worth the drive from the opposite side of town! Thanks team!

   Don't know what the couple of bad reviews are about! Been shopping here for years and always had a pleasent and helpful experience. The man has a quirky & dry sense of humour, the lady is delightful and helpful and not pushy in anyway, defintely not the type to follow you around the store. There is also a young girl that is very polite & helpful. Lovely experience as always! Good range of school shoes also.

   Never giving them my money again. I have often shopped here for shoes and found it to be fine. A few days ago I decided to stop in here to look for shoes for my children. I had my 2 kids with me and as we entered the shop the lady asked me where my mask was (I have a mask exemption for medical reasons hanging around my neck on a lanyard). Upon me lifting it to show her she rudely rushed over invaded my personal space nearly yanked it off my neck and asked me if it was legit! I told her it was and proceeded to back away from her. She wasn't helpful and even rude when asked questions about shoes. As I was leaving the shop after purchasing 1 pair for my boy, I said, "Thank you, you have a lovely afternoon " to which she started to reply, "You..." then she just cut herself off in mid sentence and said nothing. To which I stared at her confused and then just left the shop. As we made our way to the car my 10 yr old daughter said, "Mum, what was that??! She was very rude!" Very odd and sad to treat customers like this.
