   As a mum of 3 under 4 I find it incredibly difficult to go shopping Instore. I am tired of all these clothing retailers making their refund policy no returns on sale and no refunds. There’s no excuse for it. It is absolutely unreasonable and sneaky. If a business was customer focused and not just money hungry they would do the fair thing and refund for clothing purchased ONLINE no matter what. Mint boutique did offer me a store credit for a sale item purchased online after I kicked up a big stink about the policy and sent multiple emails back and forth to each other, the owner was incredibly reluctant to give me the store credit. I won’t be shopping with mint boutique again and encourage anyone buying from them to consider their ethics before buying. I can’t support small business that don’t look after customers and act like money hungry vultures

   Most pathetic sale, limited options on offer, picked a pair of apartment pants were in my cart then went to pay and then said sold out. Only a pair left on offer. Logged in 8.00pm also. Very disappointing hyped up sale. Sale meant to go for 40 mins pfft.

   This week was my first time ever dealing with Mint Boutique. Firstly, with regards Customer Service - wow!! Was in Napier browsing the web, as you do, and saw a FB add for the Betty Basics Jade Pants. Decided to buy, this was on Wednesday and the goods were delivered on the Thursday to here in Hamilton. Less than a 24-hour turn around - who can complain about that! Then the website suggested going down a size, which I decided to do with some trepidation. Also, comments on the FB page were positive about the comfort and fit of the pants. Can I say both the website and reviews are spot on. If possible, I would actually have given a 5 star plus, as it is well deserved. Thank you

   Keri was absolutely fantastic, her service was outstanding. Jannine and I came in the store and Keri greeted us straight way, she told us if our size wasn't available on the racks she can have a look out back for us. The clothes in store are amazing quality, beautiful colours and selections for all ages. We weren't sure what we were looking for at first but Keri spent an hour with us helping us with various different styles and options, it was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much Keri for helping us with our new work clothes, us chicks will be looking flash, us ladies will definitely be back for all of our work uniforms, thanks again from the lovely ladies at Geraldine Glass.
