“Jas was incredible in-store. I was looking for a pair of shoes and as it turns out there one one pair left...in Australia. Most people would have shaken their heads and put it in the "too hard" basket. Not Jas. She rang Australia, spoke to the store that had the shoes, and arranged for me to order them online to make sure that I got them. Then...she rang me a few days later to see how I had got on. Her service was above and beyond from start to finish. You don't see that very often. Thank you, Jas. You're a credit to the business!!!”

“What a wonderful store! Bought my dream jacket on sale and it was shipped within a couple of hours of placing the order and arrived the next day, with a lovely handwritten note and treat. I ordered the wrong size and not only did the store let me swap a sale item, the lovely lady went out of her way to make it as easy as possible. “I never leave reviews, but this was needed. Like others, in the past I have gone into this shop and found not the best welcome, but no anymore. I am so pleased to see that they have clearly taken on feedback and improved the service to customers. I used to feel a bit judged when walking in there, but on the last few occasions I have been greeted with a cheerful hello, followed by no pressure attentive service. This has been from multiple staff on different occasions recently. Thank you very much for such a fantastic experience.”

“I have recently been shopping at your northlands mall store. The assistant whose name was Cara is what I would say is the very best in customer service that I have seen for a very long time. As an older woman who has become used to being treated as invisible by retail staff it has been a refreshing change to experience this level of customer service. I feel she is the best of the best when it comes to treating her customers and feeling like she genuinely wants you to feel good about what you are wearing. 10 out of 10 every time. was C”

“Lovely shop assistant was so helpful and patient with me in choosing new shoes. I mentioned I didn’t like how high the shoes felt so she removed one of the two insoles for me to try and I ended up making the same request for several pairs and she continued to be helpful and friendly, even when the shop got quite busy as well.
