“I never leave reviews, but this was needed. Like others, in the past I have gone into this shop and found not the best welcome, but no anymore. I am so pleased to see that they have clearly taken on feedback and improved the service to customers. I used to feel a bit judged when walking in there, but on the last few occasions I have been greeted with a cheerful hello, followed by no pressure attentive service. This has been from multiple staff on different occasions recently. Thank you very much for such a fantastic experience.”

“Jas was incredible in-store. I was looking for a pair of shoes and as it turns out there one one pair left...in Australia. Most people would have shaken their heads and put it in the "too hard" basket. Not Jas. She rang Australia, spoke to the store that had the shoes, and arranged for me to order them online to make sure that I got them. Then...she rang me a few days later to see how I had got on.
