Very pleasant experience. Clothes are of very elegant style and sophisticated fit. Everything fits like a glove, and is very comfortable. The staff were super nice and easy going. All in all tells me about happy and content environment where I would like to return. Thank you very much!

I visited your shop last Wednesday last week - October 15, 2025 at Christchurch City Centre and Yasmin was the one attending to me. She patiently recommended different pairs of shoes to fit my comfort in shoes until I saw a pair of Nike Air shoes. Unfortunately, they didn't have my size in stock, and I was honestly about to give up. But Yasmin completely turned my experience. She went above and beyond, working her magic until she found the exact pair I wanted. She was very patient and helpful that’s what lead me to buy a pair of shoes. Yasmin’s dedication and willingness to go the extra mile truly impressed me. It's rare to find someone so committed to customer satisfaction. Thanks to her, I walked out with my dream shoes! Now I have my comfortable working shoes! If you're looking for exceptional service and a team that cares, visit Nike in Christchurch City Centre and ask for Yasmin! You won't be disappointed!

Excellent service from Bridie today. She helped me secure shoes I wanted that weren't in stock in Christchurch from another store in the last 30 mins before closing. She let me try on the same shoes in a different colour to ensure I had the right fit. I also had great service from another young lady last week. There was an issue with the email address on my loyalty account and she took the time to fix it and sort out my loyalty points - it was no problem.

If I could give negative stars, I honestly would. I wasn’t planning on writing a review because I don’t usually take the time to do this, but after my recent experience, I felt like I had to say something. About two weeks ago, I walked into the store with my husband and was really taken aback by the behaviour of the staff. We weren’t greeted or even acknowledged when we entered, which I could have overlooked, but things just kept getting worse from there. There was a blonde female staff member (I didn’t catch her full name, but I think her name tag started with a B) who genuinely made me feel unwelcome. She seemed completely disinterested in being there, and to be honest, looked annoyed that we had walked in at all. Her attitude was rude and standoffish, and it was clear she didn’t want to help anyone. As someone who shops at Nike often but lives in a rural area, I don’t get to visit the store much. I was excited to buy a new pair of sneakers for my son, but after that experience, I walked out without making a purchase. I just didn’t feel comfortable giving my business to a place where customers aren’t valued. It’s really disappointing to be treated that way, especially by a brand I’ve supported for so long. I hope management takes this seriously and does a better job training their staff. It honestly makes me question what is being allowed behind the scenes.

I had the pleasure of working with Callum at the Nike store, Christchurch recently, and he truly made my shopping experience exceptional. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what I was looking for in a pair of shoes. Callum was well-versed in the different models and even explained the technology behind certain shoes, helping me make an informed decision. He didn’t push for the most expensive options, instead focusing on what would work best for me. His genuine customer service made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Callum if you're in the store—he's professional, friendly, and really knows his stuff. Thankyou so much Callum.

For a flagship store the range here is absolutely rubbish. The staff are always helpful, but everything sold here can be found at rebel sport for cheaper. I would happily spend money here if they had signature Nike range. Women’s range is the worst- no alpha fly, zoom fly etc. it’s very disappointing as I always have to revert to buying online and waiting weeks without the benefit of trying on to check size first. At least bring the women’s line up to the same range as men’s. I would expect a flagship store to range exclusively available signature range especially as you cannot purchase anywhere in Christchurch.

Came in store today and was blown away by the service. The lovely guy who helped me out, I think his name was Elia, took his time to offer me heaps of different shoes as well as signing me up to the Nike app which took 10% off! Thanks Nike Riccarton, will definitely be back :)

We had Reuben help us today at the Riccarton store and he was extremely helpful and patient helping us to try different styles of shoes. We have been to about 8 other shoe stores this week and have had little to no help. Reuben exceeded our expectations and gave us honest helpful customer service. He listened to our needs/wants so well to give me options that suited what I was after. Will definitely be back to get more help. He wasn’t pushy at all but was so knowledgeable about his products as well as other alternatives on the market. He made us feel very welcomed and comfortable in his store. We will definitely go to see him again next time we are after shoes!
