   Stick to one price if you wanna last in business. Told me different price on phone and in person it was $50 more than original price.

   Absolute lying rip off artists. My son went into get a battery changed for a Nixon 51-30 watch and was told it would be $48 because it has 3 batteries. The same as I have been told and charged previously. He called me as I now change my own watch batteries and know they only have one battery. This an absolute lie and you are blatantly ripping people off. Sure, charge for the service and the battery but lying and charging $48 for a battery and a change when the batteries are $3 from Jaycar. Still the store flat out lies about how many batteries are in the watch. View the photo of the inside of the watch for yourself.

   I took an expensive pen to give to my friend, I was not happy with the font he put in, you can hardly see it. The guy was very rude and antagonistic, he was rushing me so I was not able to concentrate what to put on the pen. I am not happy with his work I felt that he took advantage of me coz he thinks I'm old and dumb. Because he was rushing me I forgot to put the date of my friends birthday. When I asked him if he could put it he said it is an extra $10 dollars when I already paid him $40 dollars for not even 5 minute job because I was there when he did it. I felt that Mr Minit rips the customers off like when we used to pay $25 dollars to replace a car remote battery until our daughter told us we could do it ourselves, and we did, and it saves us a lot of money from going to Mr Minit. Again, I am not happy with the Westfield branch guy that inscribed my expensive pen. By the way, he even told me that my pen is cheap and I can buy from him I said my pen is Cross and not cheap. I hope that Mr Minit stop ripping people off especially on this time that the world is struggling to survive. You can replace your own car remote battery easily and won't costs much.

   I went to Mister Minit today wanting to get a pen engraved for a friend, I usually go to Riccarton even though I live outside of town, and I've never been disappointed in their work by the usual gentlemen that work there. When I arrived I saw two newer staff (I hadn't seen these guys before) but asked one of the guys to engrave the pen. Asked me if it was metal, which it was...(opened up the pen to show him..) and told me the time it took to do this which was fine. I came back to see it had been engraved a different way from what I usually would get and the guy told me "There are different fonts we could have used, I picked one out of three thats most popular" I wasn't told about different fonts, never heard this before as I was expecting a handwritten one (which is usually italic /more cursive than what I got!) If there are different fonts then why did you not ask me in the first place? a simple 'we use a machine which has fonts, is there a style you were after?' and I would have said italic... not a bold plain looking one which looks like something I could buy at typo as they have named pens there.. This was a special pen for a friend which I ended up having to go to Hornby and visit Paper Plus to buy ANOTHER pen and went to Mister Minit there, George was super lovely and understood how frustrated I was, and discounted the engraving as I showed him all the receipts and the pen that was done at Riccarton Mister Minit (photos I included in this post) If this is a service you offer for fonts then I suggest you advise customers you have options as I was expecting something different. The photos 'Ara' and 'Arabanana' were ones I got done by the original guys that were there and they were amazing to deal with too. Really disappointed in the customer service, and moreso frustrated I had to spend more money than I orginally planned.

   I was charged $39.90 to fix one heel on a boot so ridiculously over priced could have almost brought a new pair for that price! After the company responded as below I went back to try get the other boot fixed and all the guy did was glue the heel back on rather than replacing it! Never coming back again!!!! After Mr minit made comments below I went to get other shoe repaired - the old man there with glasses said he would fix it when I explained the situation but instead of replacing the heel just glued my old one back on and it broke off the first time I wore the shoes! Absolutely so so disgusted have never had such terrible service in my whole life!

   I'd give 0 stars if it'd let me. They wanted to charge me $29 just to check what kind of battery my car remote takes. Quick search on YouTube was enough. I'd have been happy to pay $10 for a 1 minute job. It cost me $3 for a new battery and 1 minute to replace it.

   That’s an awesome customer service from Mister Minit Riccarton. We had got our two belt been punched for some holes. It surprised us when they did it for free for us. And to show our appreciation, we bought some key chains from them. Even though they did it for free, they showed us their nice attitude and treated us like a loyal customer. What a top level of customer service skill. Fantastic.
