She did me a great deal on a pair of shoes and threw in a few freebies which was a nice touch. The store has a wide range of footwear for all your sporting needs. I've been a customer of the store since I was a youth, and always got a 'kick' out of seeing Shaquille O'Neal's basketball shoe on the counter (I don't know if it's still there, but it's massive) Service like this definitely keeps me coming back!”

Really like going here as prices are decent for an op shop and you know you're money is going to something that truly will make an impact. Prices are fair at this store and aren't inflated. Items in store rotate quickly so when you see something you like grab it quickly because chances are, it won't be there the next time you go in.”

“What I like about Spin City are - its local. No need to go into Dunedin for servicing, or items I need. - Andrew is helpful and knowledgeable. Maybe it is because he is the owner, but certainly better to deal with than some of the staff in some other bike shops. - They stock the Watt Wheels, which is a Christchurch based manufacturer with great value bikes.”

“I just wanted to say how great the team at Belle Bird has been! I recently purchased a Lolly's Laundry Dress online not realising they had altered the original dress length. I have so many of the Nee Dress's and was so excited to discover they had my size in stock, that I immediately added it to my cart without even reading the write up explaining the altered length.. so when receiving it I was so disappointed to see how much shorter it is, especially when you're 5'10. However the girls have been absolutely fabulous, I emailed them explaining how I felt and they were beyond understanding, allowing me to return the dress for a refund. “I am a first time shopper with Frames Footwear. I was after a pair of Bresley shoes and they had what I wanted. I sent off a request at 10am, and was kept informed all the way. The courier collected the shoes around 4pm and I received them by 3.30pm the following day and I live North of Auckland. So from Dunedin to the North of Auckland in one day is absolutely fantastic. I received a lovely hand-written note from Tom. There was a wee issue with the shoes (they squeaked) so I sent an email to Tom, which he answered straight away and sent me up a pottle of beeswax (which once again was received within 24 hours). This has fixed the squeaking. I can't thank you enough for the good old fashioned wonderful service. So much appreciated, and I will be shopping with you again. :)”
