   Ordered a dining table from outlet store floor display. It wasn't until we were paying for it that we were advised that delivery would be 4 weeks! It has now been 7 weeks and have been told that it is being devanned in Auckland and may not see it before Christmas. No one. mentioned that it was coming from overseas! Update now 10 weeks.

   Bad experience. Took my pensioner parents to get new cell phones. We were served by a young Indian woman. We made it very clear we were after 2 cheap 5g phones and we were taken to $500-600 range which wasn't what we were after. I found 1 after having a look round. We were then bombarded by plans, phone security and warranties which we didn't want or need any of these things. After about a hr of this, we finally made it to the counter where she had said shes added things free. (Phone security and $50 on each phone for 2yr warranty). This was charged though! Note for staff. Don't be sneaky trying to make a bonus off pensioners, you know you were wrong when my parents turned up wanting a refund for things they never asked for and she slinked away. Luckily they got the full refund after having to come back in twice to get the 100 for warranty. we will never be back

   Absolutely the worst service from this store brought a life time screen protector for my Apple Watch.. was told when purchased that if it comes off then a replacement will be given.. went in today because screen protector gone guy would not replace saying he needed the original.. when I brought this with the watch I had to provide my phone number along with the watch details at this store which they have on file .. absolutely a shame you could be swimming and it comes off anything could have caused it to come off it’s just a sticky film .. how the heck can you be expected to provide it .. Walked out and service from guy was just rude saying the rules have changed I paid good money for a apple watch and sold the additional for a lifetime screen protector

   Had trouble with getting photos.faulty cable to start that was supplied. When asked about glossy photos i was told that they could do it which is what I ordered. when I received the photos they were mat. When we approached staff we got a run around instead of apology for there mistakes and saying they would be ready at 5 we were still waiting 6 30.

   Best service I've ever had. Even dropped something off as they live nearby. Even though our son neglected to tell us they had dropped off as he had gone out.. So we were frantically looking for something we didn't know was sitting in our house. Thanks to Darren and the team. Can't thank them enough
