   Liquidation sale was on so the place was pretty frantic, stock going out everywhere. Hard to locate some prices and difficult to find staff to talk to. Went up to register to check prices on a couple of things and didn’t end up getting them and the lady at the till seem genuinely annoyed because I had to interrupt her with her interaction with the next customer, because there was one item I was actually buying.

   Their closing down sale wasnt well organized with the poor young guard on the door turning customers away at 4.27pm saying it's too busy you can't go in. There was no queue and it most definitely was not busy. What an utter shambles. Shut the doors if no one's allowed in. The young fella had no clue what to do, talk about "meat in the sandwich". Nothing much left anyway. And I hope you guys let the elderly lady in after all the fuss of saying no to her. Horrendous customer service.

   I ordered several thousand dollars’ worth of furniture from Smith City Northwood. The original four-week wait time was pushed back repeatedly, eventually stretching to an expected seventeen weeks. I cancelled the order at week thirteen.

   Smith City become my favorite store to bought since when I was young, going on 25 years later on I still bought it! David, Alice, Tisha, etc are an amazing staffs to deal with. They are an excellent communication and very helpful. Very keen go back again like I still always do! Ive recommend my brother and my husband so they went there and love it! Many thanks for it!

   I bought a galaxy tab a year and a half ago from this store. Immediately it was telling me that the storage was full and was shutting down even though there wasn't much on it...I assumed it had something to do with my lack of tech knowledge. I bought an sd card and transfered everything I could onto it but I was still unable to use it for anything other than the search engine. I've taken it to Samsung and they told me I was sold a tablet that was already full and that I was unable to clear the storage because everything filling it up was built into the tablet and that it should never have been sold so im pretty blinking disappointed. It's a useless tablet

   Went in to get a microwave oven and walked out with a microwave oven. Good service and the took a good guess with regards to sizing as it fitted in the wooden shelf perfectly. The salesman Rod was very helpful and even carried the oven to the car. A good experience.
