“I phoned and was able to make a very last minute appointment to be fitted for a sports bra. The lady on the phone was lovely and very accommodating. The staff in the store were kind, warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and non-judgemental. I was initially concerned about how much I would be paying for a sports bra, but for $100 (very reasonable when you've tried and failed in a multitide of other stores to find a 16G!) I got a very comfortable, very supportive sports bra, and a wonderful experience with some truly lovely ladies. Will definitely be shopping here again!”

“Lovely little OP Shop, always a collection of random free items outside and very well organised items inside. The board behind the counter with all the dogs that are being helped out by the charity just add to it and it's great knowing that anything spent here is going to such a good charity. Grabbed so many different bits and bobs for the house from here and always pop in if I'm in the area.”

“I was looking for a bra and decided to inquire about a bra fitting and I'm so glad I did. Despite my initial nervousness, the experience proved pleasant. A sales member began by asking my preference then checking bra fits, later consulting a colleague for another opinion. This resulted in a smooth process, and pinpointing the perfect bra. Both assistants ensured my comfort throughout. Unfortunately, I have forgotten their names but thank you so very much.”

But I remembered there was an H&M! - I hardly ever shop here as the CBD and Riccarton are out of my way, but I was so pleasantly surprised. What an awesome, well priced range of kids clothes! “I just wanted to leave some positive feedback about Tom Bells at your Westfield Riccarton store. I popped in earlier, made a purchase, and then realised my Farmers Club Card hadn't been linked up properly. When I went back to the till for a quick query, Tom stepped right in. He was brilliant! He sorted the whole purchase out in a flash, making sure my card was added so I got all my points. Tom was so friendly and efficient - he never made me feel like I was holding him up, which I really appreciated. A genuinely great shopping experience, all thanks to Tom.
