   2 days in a row with a poor shopping experience at Jaycar papanui. yesterday I purchased a Victron charger and the shelf price was cheaper than that when it was rung up on the till, today I purchased a set of high current Anderson contacts with the same problem. the shelf price said $9 and the till rung up at $10.50! the question I have is this a system issue or is it intentional or practice. Clearly, the are issues. so the issue is then to make sure that when you purchase something that the price you're charged is the actual price!

   Top store i went in searching for a silicone sock for my old 3d printer while there was none in stock the manager went above n beyond and found be something suitable from out back that was no longer sold by them but worked perfectly ,also as it was old stock not listed she gave it to me at no cost which made my day i missed getting her name but shout out to her for top customer service and the guy on counter who also was super helpful

   Did a click and collect on a product that online said was in-stock but got there and turns out there is not. And they weren't willing to get the product in from other store.

   Their price match policy might as well not exist. I’ve been told that they will only price match other stores within 50km of theirs and the item can’t be not on sale. Honestly at this point I was waiting for their staff to tell me that I’ll also need to rub my belly and hope on 1 foot to get a price match. Ended up spending my $700+ in another store.

   First time at the new store, long time customer at the other Christchurch store. I see now why things have slipped at the old store, all the best staff have moved to this store. I don't really like the rotary small parts stands as it makes finding what your looking for take way longer than it should, but I can see why they do it.
