    Totally inept staff that had no idea where the item was located even when it was shown as 'in stock'. After 30 mins the 4th person that had been out the back for a look finally found it. Rest of staff wouldn't help as it was not in their job description This store needs some serious staff retraining. The current staff are next to useless !! First person I approached said he needed to go to the toilet. Sent to the front counter and then the job passing started !!

    went into buy dash cam, I was riddiculed by a staff member who thought he was being funny, plenty of other places to shop, I will certainly not waste my time going back

    Be aware when you purchase the extra warranties they push on you, your products are actually already covered by the original warranty, consumers guarantee and your household contents insurance. That they have stuck extra clauses into it saying that even if your problem is a manufacturers fault, they will send it away to get fixed 3x before they will replace it. What are the chances that you will have 3 manufacturers faults? Who is actually getting the replacement phone while you get a repaired one ? My phone was only 3 months old. Something wrong with management here. Even 2 of the staff questioned the treatment I was given. Such a shame such nice staff have to work for a store that is happy to rip you off and openly blame Samsung saying they refuse to honor their products when it's actually Noel Lemmings. Sadly this is not just one store .. it is across the board. Please do not give them extra money so they can shirk their responsibilities as a retailer.

    Went into this store to get information and purchase equipment to set up a smart home system. Stood in the area where the smart home systems were for 10 minutes and never was once approached. Went to PB tech and within minutes was approached and had completed my transaction. Went back to Noel leemings the following day to make another purchase and was once again ignored for 5 mins so I went back to PB tech to make the purchase. On both occasions I witnessed several staff standing around being more engaged with one another, and drinking coffee. (Not a good look … reconsider your attitude). Your poor service has lost you over $100.00 in potential sales in a space of 20mins. Won’t be going back to this store unless I get confirmation staff at this location have been replaced or have improved their customer service.

    Dishonest sales staff and poor customer service Very disappointed with Noel Leeming. The sales staff provided false information about the product warranty just to make the sale. When I tried to follow up, there was no proper response or accountability. It’s unacceptable for a well-known store to mislead customers this way. I also requested a call back through the call centre but never received one. Please train your staff to be honest and transparent about warranty details.

    Great service. Came to pick up my dishwasher. Got it in 10 minutes and the guy at the counter came to help me to put in car as well. This Noel Leeming showroom is BIIIIG. Varieties of products in each of its categories and they usually have them in stock. Parking is available. Easy access from Montreal St and Moorhouse St.

    I went here stood by the camera cabinet , while 3 tech staff stood around talking, asked them to get in the cabinet , they dismissed said what for? Then didn’t know anything about the camera I wanted. I asked them to get one out back, he grunted, came back with the wrong colour one, I asked if he had and white ones…no, at other stores, he didn’t even look at other stores , just said no. Who are you hiring there now, what a joke. I went to Harvey Norman down the road instead. Had three people ask what I would like as I walked in, all staff super knowledgeable, don’t go to Noel lemming , go to Harvey Norman instead

    Came in for a simple item. I waited at the counter. One man served me. Took me over the goods. I stated I didn't want an expensive one. He showed me one that was $39. I showed him the cheaper one. He did say it'll do the job. He removed a security clip, gave me the item and walked away to the other side of the shop and proceeded to text on his phone. I thought he was still serving me. He didn't come back and I may have been waiting for around 3-4 minutes. I went to the counter and a young man helped me. Took my money and was helpful and pleasant. The first guy wasn't helpful or engaging. Is this because he is on commission??? I will remember that when I come in, maybe won't, for my big ticket items.

    Most pathetic online shopping experience.I made an order under promotion offer (250 dollar gift card ) They are now telling I made order the next day, I forwarded the email that I got when the order was made. What a joke.These guys are here to cheat customers. My customer support ticket is open for 4 days, no updates and replies. Stay away from these guys if possible. There are lot better options available in NZ. These guys are the worst So my one word PATHETIC
