   had an extremely unpleasant experience at this Noel Leeming yesterday around 6:20 pm. I was looking for a Ninja Blast Blender and asked a staff member for help. He showed me the wrong product, carried it to the counter without asking if I wanted to buy it, and dismissed my explanation by saying “they are all the same blender.” Even after I said I had found the product myself, he continued to interrupt, took the item from my hands, and acted as if he had selected it. He also repeatedly pushed product insurance despite me declining three times. At checkout, he approved a price match, confirmed the product code himself, and completed the payment. After I paid, he suddenly grabbed the product and refused to give it to me, claiming the price match was invalid due to colour differences. No explanation, no solution. Only after I demanded a refund and he spoke to a manager was I finally allowed to take the item. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Completely disrespectful, unprofessional, and stressful. Staff retraining is clearly needed.

   Just wanted to give a shout out to Adam and Steven who delivered and installed our fridge and dishwasher. The dishwasher was fiddly and they took the time to explain how it all connected in case we had to move it in future. And when they discovered that our existing hose had a leak, they explained what we would need to buy and how to do it ourselves. Thanks guys - you were awesome

   Was in today. Foreign staff member practically pounced on me as soon as I came through the door. He then proceeded to follow me to what I was going for and was hovering as I was selecting quickly as I knew what I was going for. Uncomfortable service. Highly doubt I’ll come back again because of this.

   Certain staff are rude condescending and need to be more personable. Store looks okay. They really only wanting help well dressed people not those who are casually dressed. Brylee is awful

   Had great customer service late this afternoon by a super friendly customer focased sales lady. My upgrade query was a bit measy but was handled with no fuss .Pity about the "sirlee "store manager who looked dis interested in being there, who referred to me as " Him" when the sales lady was clarifying with him. Sales lady 5 stars. Store manager 0 stars.

   Walked in this afternoon not far off their closing time. After having a very unsatisfied experience at PB tech down the road I was feeling very deflated but needing to find a laptop for my upcoming studies. I was greeted by a lovely gentlemen who went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal. So happy with my purchase and even happier with the customer service I received from your team members. I left forgetting about the awful customer service I received down the Rd and happy as with my new laptop from noel leeming ☺️

   Just had excellent service from Matthew when purchasing an emergency macbook charger. Just a young guy but friendly and accommodating, he even charged my laptop for me. I'd been on a bit of a wild goose chase trying to find the adapter I needed and had come from another electronics store where the assistant seemed bored and disinterested, so it was great to find a rep who was so helpful. Thanks!

   We reached the store at 1725 hrs on 12/4/23 to pick up our new Chromebook with kids in the car. The team were least bothered and refused to handover the delivery. The payment was made in full on 9/4/23. Staff had zero communication skills and communicated using hand gesures from inside the store. Appalled by the customer service!
