The young man who changed my wiper blades recently was an excellent example of what Supercheap Auto stands for. He was very helpful, very friendly, showed me the options available, very knowledgeable, & did an excellent job in super quick time. Very definitely worthy of a 10 rating!

Very friendly staff . The man who did the work on my car was very polite and gave good advice on the battery I was buying and getting fitted . He took care of the wipers as well . Told me what he was doing next and was very efficient. Very happy with the service I was provided. The other staff member who was on the till was very helpful too . Was nice to join the club and get a discount plus get credit back straight away . I be coming back to shop again and tell my friends . Thanks Bry
Bought a faulty part. Spoke to the manager to order me another part as we all know sometimes something can go wrong. Then I decided to not order a new part but rather buy a complete replacement that I've needed the part for. Manager met me with an excellent deal. Very thankful for exceptionally good service
Wow, the young guy who mixes paint was sooo helpful. Possibly the BEST retail worker I've ever come across. Went the extra mile, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

A real good service. I needed to change my tail light and called them, they immediately confirmed they have parts and they fixed my light for free. Staff is very friendly and kind.
Went for a battery test and fitment. After asking an available salesperson, got strange, disrespectful response, said to wait 5 minutes. Made me wait 30 minutes without so much as a whisper of "We'll tend to you in xx" Store wasn't very busy. Person I mentioned even glanced directly at me when they thought I wasn't looking. Really not a nice experience. Felt unwelcome and 'tested'. Can not recommend.
Easy Shopping in-store and I can find my way around and the Staffs are very helpful, Knowledgeable and Friendly. I have a very smooth shopping and got the products I wanted. With a flash help from the staff specifically to all the staff who worked Sunday the day before Waitangi, I did not see anyone frowning even I was holding them up from closing hours. thank you.
