Jordan and Talia saved the day, I was able to exchange the large for the extra large at Eastgate. I bought them from Riccarton so it was super convenient. There was an eight dollar difference and they suggested I use my credit which I didn’t know I had. Pretty happy with the Service and appreciate both of them working on Sunday at 5 pm I hope somebody from corporate sees this and gives them a pay rise or some sort of $100 gift voucher
Great service today from Keegan. I interrupted him when he was doing something and immediately jumped up to help me. I needed some new wiper blades which he fitted on the spot.. great customer service thanks Keegan and team..

Just moved to east, first visit and found it small but nice. The shelves are always stocked and the staff are welcoming and helpful. In addition to my old fellow, SCA Riccarton, I will visit here very often as well. Ta.
We paid 200$ for car parts in this shop to have them the next day. The person on the phone told us that the parts would arrive within the day but no news, the next day we were told that the parts were available, surprise when we arrived at the shop, there was only half the order that day... after 3 incompetent calls and 2 return trips for nothing, the parts arrived 3 days later. We had to ask for a refund because we found them quickly at NAPA. Icing on the cake a refund under conditions of 10$ charged for the return to the warehouse. Good job !
I’m usually too lazy/busy to write online reviews but had such exceptional service, I thought I have to. The 2 guys that helped me today (and on my last visit) we friendly, prompt and made the whole experience positive. Exchanged a Bluetooth adaptor that wasn’t working with zero hassle. Let’s just say we’re a 3 vehicle household and we will be giving all our future business to Supercheap. No time for Repco as I’ve had literally the opposite experiences there. Thanks team. You rock.
Very bad shelving and stock layout. Things in the wrong place, mislabelled pricing on shelves or stock put on shelves in such a way so you can easily purchase the wrong (more expensive) product. Make sure you double and triple check the products you purchase, and the receipt. Yeah sure, if you take the products back they might exchange them. But are they going to refund you the time and money spent on petrol due to them running their store in an incompetent manner?
