She is absolutely lovely—professional, humble, and genuinely warm. Every time I’ve interacted with her, she has been charming and exudes a positive attitude that makes the shopping experience so much more enjoyable. Her helpfulness and friendly nature truly stand out, and I always look forward to seeing her whenever I visit. “Just been in store to get afew photos done. I was a complete amateur but the very helpful dark haired younger guy was ab amazing. He was professional, patient and very competent. Brilliant customer service.”

I received great help from a young assistant, who had a slightly English accent, during the file load up and photo adjustment process on the large screen unit. The other staff were efficient and courteous, with the 100 prints I had ordered ready after about 30 minutes (there was lots of time for a coffee while the printing took place).”
