“The lady in the shop was really helpful in helping me decide on the correct shoe size and such. She also offered to take my old shoes away and gave me the laces to keep - a good idea - and ensured a shoes box was not wasted so I could wear them straight away. A great shop.”

“Bought a pair of McKinlays from here which they shipped to the store very quickly and helped in sizing for my wide feet. They've held up great through a year of rough use walking on pavement and cycling around. These weren't waterproof, but a bit of wax on the stitching has given them water resistance. 5 stars.”

I popped in earlier, made a purchase, and then realised my Farmers Club Card hadn't been linked up properly. When I went back to the till for a quick query, Tom stepped right in. He was brilliant! A sales member began by asking my preference then checking bra fits, later consulting a colleague for another opinion. This resulted in a smooth process, and pinpointing the perfect bra.
