   Just underwhelming. No AC. The dodgeball area had 3 balls. Paid $40 for 2 people and regretted it as soon as I walked in. I would give it 0 stars if I could. The place legit smelt like feet.

   Came for a 12 year old birthday party for gellyball and trampoline. No safety briefing at all for either, no introduction with game ideas which would have been great to get them started. On to the trampoline park and for the one hour there was only an active supervisor for 10-15 minutes. A bit like taking your child to a council swimming pool with no lifeguards. Have never been before and will never come back. Rules written on walls with no one to enforce or remind kids to ensure safety. Staff really don’t do much.

   I thought I'd head here over the weekend as I got emailed a 2 for 1 voucher for the weekend. Wasn't impressed by the noisy fans blowing on me when sitting supervising my children. One on each side of the steps blowing full speed and noisy. I approached a staff member to let them know. He suggested I sit under the fan on the step! Still wouldn't of stopped the loud noise! However he turned it off and I was happy to leave one on that way it gave me the option to move to the other side away from the fan. There was only couple other people sitting there and I could see by their reactions they weren't happy with the fans either. I know it's hot in there and fans can be beneficial but maybe point them in another direction. Apart from the fan issue nice trampoline park. Can buy cafe coffee which is a nice option.

   Great service here. The staff at the front counter went above and beyond. Please keep them on! Also staff busy and alert watching the kids on the tramps, highly recommend.

   Dangerous and unsafe trip hazards everywhere. Springs so loose the tramps hardly have much bounce in them. Woefully understaffed front desk (took 30 mins for a coffee because the poor receptionist couldn't make coffee and admit entry at the same time). A "toddler"area that had a slide too high for the toddlers and no way for adults to squeeze in to rescue them. Never going back here again.

   A safe and supervised trampoline experience. Not crowded for 12pm session. Ample parking onsite. Safety video is shown before the start of the session, kids can either wear grip socks or go socks less. Tidy and clean in both the trampolines and party rooms.

   Loads of space as booked by the hour. Most kids seem to be under 10 which suited our crew. Quite cold indoors so come prepared with a jacket. $18 each seems like quite a steep price for 5 yr olds but they do get the whole hour.

   Great place to burn off the energy. We all were very tired after a hrs bouncing. We had an age range of 2-32 and we all had a great time. The guy behind the counter was super helpful. Overall a great experience.
