    Went in to purchase something and was waiting to pay just prior to 3pm. Shop closing at 3pm. Would expect to be served and not turned away as it wasn't quite 3pm.

    Bookstore with post shop inside that also does Kiwi Bank (1 window). Takes forever lining up while people do banking or car registrations, RUCS, etc. All I wanted was to pick up a parcel. Never again, I will make sure all parcels are left at my house (as they always have been, including beer, no signature ever been required).
