   I had such a great experience at Baby Factory Hornby. The manager/lady working — Rebecca — was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful. She took the time to step away from the counter while it was quiet to show me the prams, explain the differences, and answer all my questions without rushing me. Made shopping with a newborn way easier thank you Rebecca was genuinely happy to help, and her customer service was outstanding from start to finish. It’s not often you come across someone who goes above and beyond like that. Highly recommend visiting this store — especially if Rebecca is working!

   Browsing one particular section of this shop for a long time right next to two staff members chatting about their plans for their days off. I was obviously not finding what I wanted and clearly looked as though I needed assistance but the two staff kept chatting just 2M away from me without offering help.

   Went in to purchase a car seat. There were 2 staff members who just looked at me and went on with what they were doing. I had to ask if someone could please help me before I got any attention. I would not have purchased if I hadn't needed the seat right away.

   Normally the staff are really helpful but today they were very weird just stared at us didn’t say hi when we walked in, clearly struggling to work the products and didn’t even get a do you need any help they just stared at us from across the room and we were the only ones in the store lol. Still brought as we figured it out ourselves but the vibe was so strange. Also just opened up the box and there’s someone’s invoice with there full name address phone number email….. not great
