She gave me all the information I required to make the right choice. Also bought towels at same store some months ago …same Wednesday staff were on . They were both equally as helpful when deciding on towel colour and quality. A pleasure to go and shop at this store.

    Very disappointed staff sitting behind counter I was in store for 15min were other customers in store they weren’t approached they were talking about the elderly ladies love life went to pay was asked do you want a receipt said no thank you and that was it another customer bought something same response it felt very much like they couldn’t be bothered won’t be recommending to anyone
