   Terrible customer service. The mall was busy on a rainy Sunday morning, but It was quiet at the Hannahs Westfield store. At the time when I entered the store, there was no other customers. Two asian- looking shop assistants were talking to each other but neither of them greeted to me, nor having intention to service me.. When I was about to walk out, an European-looking lady walked in and one of the shop assistants immediately greeted to that customer and started introducing the promotion the store was running. Shame on the shop assistants, only willing to provide service to "European-looking" customers though they are non- European themselves..

   Unhappy customer. I went yesterday and tried on $350 boots. Lynley was helpful, however, I asked her if there was any discount available and she said no. Unfortunately I had to rush away as my baby was crying. Went online an hour later and boots were $300, and there’s a voucher for 20% discount on all full priced items. If Lynley had advised me of the voucher, I could’ve got the correct size (only smaller size available today) for a cheaper price ($280) without having to come back the following day. When I asked Emma (manager) today she was unhelpful and her overly fake friendliness was revolting. I also asked her to ensure her mask covered her nose (which it didn’t the whole time I was in the store) and she just kept it as it was. $300 is a big amount for me to spend and I’m disappointed at the service I received. If hush puppies were stocked anywhere else I would’ve bought them elsewhere.

   I took my 87 year mother to buy shoes in a wheelchair at Hannahs, Riccarton Mall. The lady was patient, polite and provided great service. This is place to go if you are looking for a wide range of quality shoes.

   Best service. No pushy sales staff but attentive and helpful when it came to trying on and buying. Complimentary products (leather cream) recommended at point of sale weren't expensive and were relevant to shoe purchase. Again, best service from all the shoe places I'd been to on that day.
