Katelyn was super helpful and lovely to deal with! helped me sort my size, and figure out I am indeed a wide fit. Unfortunately the store didn't have the colourway i liked so wasn't able to give her the sale she deserved. Hope store management knows they have a gem :)

I bought hoka sport shoes more than 12 months ago, the sole has mainly disappeared and I took the shoes today to the Riccarton store and the manager didn't even tried to solve the problem, I called after to the another store that sells Hoka shoes and they said that the company would change just the sole without any charge. I wasn't asking for new shoes or a.credit just to cha ge the soles. Even the lady assistant who served me before I talked to the manager confirmed that they had other clients (Hoka shoes) with the same sole's problem... So what is the solution then???? Extremely poor customer service. Maria

Such disappointing service from a place I have shopped from before. Have spent nearly $600 there in less than 2 months only to come out with an injured knee, a pair of shoes I cannot use and a pair of shoes that I didn't want. I will not be shopping there again and I will not be recommending.
We were recently buying shoes for our three-year-old son. From the outset, the staff member who served us Quintus B was very attentive, patient and thorough, and he took the time to relate to our son, which made the process better still. Even when the shoes had to be returned due to a manufacturer's default (nothing to do with Athlete's Foot), the replacement process was seamless with clear communication throughout. When I asked the best way to leave positive feedback, Quintus seemed taken aback in an unnecessary but endearing display of humility. Up there with one of the best customer service experiences in memory and deserving of recognition. Thanks again, team!
Placed an order online and received a pair of running shoes that had signs of wear on the soles as well as heel padding and smelt like someone else's sweaty feet. I contacted support and got a reply 6 days later suggesting I go into a store so a staff member could inspect the shoes before "advising of a suitable solution". Unfortunately it was not possible for me to go into a store and frustrating that it would be necessary after purchasing what were supposed to be new shoes. I would hesitant before buying from this store again.
