   I had a very professional experience with the manager of The Hub Hornby, Jeans West store. I had unfortunately had a really bad deal from the online store in Australia. The manager finally sorted it out for me & I am very grateful. This wasn’t her problem but she made it right. Thank you

   I popped in on impulse on the off chance my favourite jeans might be on sale. I encountered Lauren who I have seen before. She is truly an asset & I hope the company are aware of this. She is bright & bubbly but professional, helpful and just has a lovely manner. I left with a smile on my face plus the much needed new jeans!

   My friend got a jeans west voucher for Christmas valued at $50, when we went to purchase something on it we were told it was expired and that they couldn’t help us and were very unfriendly. They proceeded to give us a number to call which should be able to help us redeem the card we then decided to give it ago but nobody picked up we have since then tried three more times to call and no use or no luck. Definitely would not recommend coming here

   Shopping for maternity clothing has been a bit of a nightmare because most main street shops only sell their maternity clothing on their website. Its the one time in my life that I actually need to try clothes on to see how it fits my bump! Jeans west has a great curated collection of maternity wear, everything I tried I really liked. The shop assistants were so helpful, kind and friendly. 11/10 highly recommend!
