From our first visit she was organised, warm, and incredibly responsive, offering practical suggestions that elevated the day (timelines, room setup, wet-weather backup. On the day, Abigail and her team ran a smooth, stress-free event so we could focus on our guests. Multiple people told us it was a great venue, and we agree. If you’re considering this venue, book the tour and ask for Abigail—you’ll be in the best hands.”

“This place ia great. Friendly staff, lovely food and just great. Parking is what some might say is an issue but, it has plenty of options to park close enough to walk 100meters and your there, no biggie. Thank you to the fabulous team that works there, your all just great.”

Maximum of 50 people. Very affordable and easy. Theres a kitchen and table and chairs. The hall is a great space for the community to use.”

“I'm giving Portofino 5 stars all around as we absolutely loved the food, service, and atmosphere during our holiday in New Zealand. It was so good that we visited them again before we left...twice in one week for dinner! I definitely recommend dining at Portofino. All of the food we ordered were great from the Lasagna Al Forno, Fettuccine Di Pollon, Vegetarian Fettuccine Vegetarian, Cannelloni Casanostra. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They even offered and opened the window and had fresh air while enjoying our meals. We forgot to take pictures of our food the first time we dined in...that's how great it was! The pictures below are of what we ordered on our second visit!”

“Would highly recommend this QT Auckland. Checked in for a weekend stay. Landed in Auckland Friday morning from Australia and I knew I was early but I was greeted by the amazing Matilda at the front desk. She was more than happy to look after my bags (gave great coffee recommendations) while I went and killed some time until my room was ready. The bar area/ foyer area was clean and well presented and the team serving were more than happy to help. The room was lovely. Plenty of space and the bed was so comfy. Loved the feel of it all. The shower had plenty of space and there was even black out curtains to help with the jetlag naps. Night one. I went up to the rooftop and was greeted on entry. Although I had no booking I was promptly sat. Ordered this tasty cocktail and the lamb skewer. (So good went back the second night and ordered both again) Location was great. 13min walk to Skycity or 5min uber. 7min walk along the water to the Vaiduct and Auckland CBD.”

“Absolutely love the food here! I always get the quesadillas and eat it all up every time. The service was also great, the staff were attentive and fast. The interior is nice and clean, just in the day there are a lot of wasps inside especially in the sunny areas near the windows.”

“WOW, my 3rd visit to this establishment for celebrating birthdays and today a MOTHERS DAY high tea experience! This was outstanding, the wait staff really looked after our table despite the cheek I gave them all. The place settings and tea selection was first class, then came the delicious high tea style food plus hot savouries absolutely amazing and super delicious we managed to eat everything presented! After our feasting we all went for a stroll around the beautiful property, fantastic a wonderful place for wedding photo shoot! Oh and the venue of course. Thank you for the most enjoyable trouble free MOTHERS DAY celebration! No dishes or cleaning up required! “Great food, felt like I was back in the Middle East. Loads of food in a eat all you can buffet.for $30. Food was fresh and tasty, was very busy but they squeezed us in on a Saturday night. It's an eat and go type place, you godforsaken the food rather than the atmosphere. Would recommend for those who love Lebanese.”
