   Absolutely awful. I ordered a pint of Guinness to be told they don't do Guinness anymore even though it is advertised. Then ordered two pints of Tiger low carb to be told, " Sorry that's finished" I ordered bangers and mash advertised as " served with peas, onion relish and gravy" It was three Hellers precooked sausages microwaved, no peas, no relish and tasteless gravy. Worst meal I've had in a long timer and $30!!! Certainly not the Wade I remember from the past. Won't go again.

   Food was good, nice clean place. Pretty much empty but no one wanted to serve us. Gave up on more drinks or dessert.

   Nice decor. Good service. Had the burger and drink special. Burger was fine but could have done with a little salad. No sea food platter available at noon.

   Went there for fathers day. What a let down. First thing when we get there see a special, burger and chips $30, go in side its cheaper on the menu at normal price. One of us got the burger as we thought it must be pretty good for $30. What a joke the amount of chips looked like what youd get in a kids meal the burger was just a burger, very average. One of us ordered seafood chowder as thats the main reason we went, no seafood chowder oh well Ill have the mussels, no mussels. Settled for a crappy overpriced pizza. Someone else ordered some eggs, yep no eggs. Our friends at another table ordered a different soup, none of that either. The waiters were good. Second worse place we have eaten at in the area. Overpriced bellow average food

   I had my 90th birthday at the Wade, and it couldn't have been better. The staff were so kind and attentive, especially our host Tye who was excellent. He really made the experience special. The surprise birthday desert was such a treat, very unexpected and most appreciated. My family and I would highly recommend having any event at the Wade.

   I love The Wade. Oliver is an amazing host and the food is absolutely superb. I’ve been there 3 times in the last 3 weeks and have enjoyed the experience. The only negative is the heating. Our table of 8 commented on how cold it was as. When I approached the staff they explained the heating wasn’t working. Sadly until it is summer or heating restored I can’t take friends or family as it’s just too cold. Congratulations though to the Owners for employing such incredible staff.

   Love these old style pubs. Came here for lunch with my mum and daughter. Lovely backyard for the kids to play while the mums enjoy a wine in the sun and the staff were lovely. Will definitely be back in summertime :)

   I don't know where they get their mussels from but they were not good at all. These had black shells with hardly anything in them. Nothing like the wonderful green shelled NZ mussels.

   Had a great lunch here with a group of 24. Ribs were excellent and everyone else enjoyed their meals. Atmosphere and service great. Would definitely go again.

   We recently saw the new menu advertised on Facebook and thought, why not? The place was lovely and inviting, all the staff were very chatty and lots of smiles which says a lot. The food was real pub food, the prices were a little high on first impressions but oh my, the food portion was amazing. I would like to show you pictures of the food but I'm afraid we can only show what's left. I had the chicken schnitzel and my wife had the burger, I think I ate the equivalent of a whole chicken with chips and salad, the meat was 10 times better than KFC and so juicy. My wife said the freshly made burger was exactly what you need with a pint on a Friday night after a long week of work. Top notch guys, we will definitely be back.
