Such a cool place , vibes and awesome service from Chelsea! Frozen margs in the sun with great friendly service , doesn’t get much better than that.
Chelsea welcomed us with a big smile, which made us feel so welcomed. The atmosphere was great & the pricing of everything was amazing. Will be back! Great place for summer.
Very good food and had an authentic Mexican dining experience. 5 stars would def recommend coming here.
Mama NO-no Came to Mama Loco hoping for a Mexican fiesta... left feeling like I got robbed with a side of lime. We ordered the Adobo Tacos $18.90 for TWO tacos that tasted more like “I-don’t-know” than adobo. If you’re going to charge that much, at least let my taste buds travel to Mexico, not... confusion. Then came the chicken burger for around $20. Bland, basic,nothing special. Even the chicken seemed like it wanted to escape. The fried chicken was the final slap $21 for 4 sad pieces. FOUR. That’s over $5 a limb. Was it massaged by angels? Raised on classical music? No? Then explain the price. Honestly we got all chicken and they all tasted the same. Only thing that slapped was the frozen margarita, the drink was the real MVP, probably because it numbed the disappointment. Proceed with caution (and maybe a flask)
Absolutely love the food here! I always get the quesadillas and eat it all up every time. The service was also great, the staff were attentive and fast. The interior is nice and clean, just in the day there are a lot of wasps inside especially in the sunny areas near the windows.
We had the loveliest waitress tonight named Isla! She was so cute and bubbly, super friendly and had great service! The food was delicious and the margaritas on point! We will be coming back for sure!
After coming here for sometime and absolutely loving the food, was surprised when everything was a HUGE miss. Tacos were sloppy and weren’t tasty, prawn tacos had two small prawns per taco which also had the tails on them so you had to remove them before you could eat the taco. Fried chicken was dry and chewy. Margaritas were sickly sweet and didn’t taste anything like they have in the past. Left with most the food left on plates and unfinished drinks. Overall very average experience.
Posting a review on behalf of my kids 9 and 7 who haven’t stopped raving about this place: “Fast service and the waiters are really nice. The old PlayStation is awesome so we had something to do while we were waiting. The inside is very decorative”.
New menu, great chef, friendly staff & joy lab points! This is tasty Mexican, in an on-theme restaurant. Definitely will be back for more, though sometimes a staff member is not around when needed on weekends before/after traditional "rush hours".
