   Tried shopping at the 171 Queen Street store Friday 22nd Dec'23 ( business hours), lights off, no stock in store, doors locked. No temporary signage indicating otherwise. I guess they have closed at this address

   Of all the higher end stores I've been to around the world, boutiques, outlets etc.. this was the worst shopping experience I've ever had. A specific gentlemen that had greeted us was incredibly condescending, rude, and was extremely quick to show my partner and I the front door out. A bit of my experience- we went in and was greeted by an individual who gave us a run down of the company, who they are, and who they partner with. I proceeded to the back of the store and saw a vest that I had liked, and as we were looking at it, the individual working there ran over to that very vest, pointed out the price and said, "yeah but its 4000 and then immediately proceeded to push us to the front door where he ran in front of me and quickly shown us our way out. Of course, this was after another 10 minutes of him trying to tell us about why the company is so great. I never actually looked at anything in the store other than the vest because this individual was incredibly rude, condescending, and unpleasant, and he really pushed us out of the store. Although the other employees might be lovely, so if you want, give them a go! I'd recommend buying from one of the other stores that neighbor it.

   Rude, arrogant staff, extremely condescending. Spoke over me and just spat facts about the supposed quality of the clothing until we left. People who are so small minded and belittling should not work in customer service roles

   Amazing service by the team at Zegna Auckland. Totally professional and very sensitive to personal needs and requirements. Nikolai the store manager is a real gentleman and this ethos flows down through his staff. It’s a very rare quality to be able to juggle multiple clientele and make each and every person feel individual and special. Thanks! Cam.

   Unhelpful staff and shoddy product for the price. Had a belt from here that broke due to poor quality materials in the buckle, rendering the belt useless. I was told that I would be best to buy a new one as repairs would be too expensive and they couldn't even sell me a new buckle to make the belt work again. I was advised to try a shoe repair store... Extremely disappointing for a brand with such a high reputation. I would advise you to take your money elsewhere if looking for quality goods - neither the quality nor the service match the price at Zegna.
