Great helpful staff. This is nothing too do with staff but with Barkers charging a fee for using Visa when their competitors don't. Would have given them a perfect score otherwise.
Went here an hour ago (2nd March around 12pm-12:30pm) to buy a shirt, was trying it on in the fitting room when suddenly a tall Indian looking staff member opened the curtain and popped his head in fully, looked at me then said sorry he was just checking if someone was in there. There was no knock, no asking before opening the curtain, even though the fitting rooms are UNISEX, and these guys sell both men's AND WOMEN's clothing. Imagine if it was a woman or a child in there? It would be a crime. The fact there was no knock or verbal questions at all before opening the curtain and popping his head in just makes me think he had malicious intent and I'm glad it was just a guy like me that it happened to, at least. If the owner is able to read this, you seriously need to re-train your staff because what happened is probably the only single thing you can really mess up working at a clothing store and a serious one at that.
Can't recommend this store enough! The two lovely ladies who served me couldn't have been more helpful. Really pleased with the service! Thank you Barkers and thank you ladies! :D
I was looking to purchase a Suit. I went into the Botany Barker’s and there were one Tall Persian (Arabic)looking guy with Glasses behind the counter. He was on his phone. I had to approach the counter and say excuse me to get some service.The guy looked at me angrily and he had no idea what I was talking about. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING customer service an ABSOLUTELY NO MANAGEMENT with these type of salespeople on their mobile phone and not interested in their customers at all.Will Never come back also will not recommend to others. I have no intention of returning to this store and the poor customer service at this particular store is highly discouraging.
Great staff, the lady in store was super patient and helped heaps with picking out my size for my suit.

Barker's as a whole is great but this particular store wasn't too great . We booked in for a grooming service and they didn't have half the things we needed for the groom and groomsmen. Was a little disappointed.
