Very helpful and friendly staff, always greeted at entry and offered help if asking for it, if not they respectfully leave you to it. great selection and one of my go to stores for new clothes.

Went in to store today to buy a jersey for my niece and wow. Customer service is always great here and welcome Cassie! 3 weeks and gosh your customer service was a 100/10. Soo friendly and helpful.
♿ Its a big retail store full of good quality clothing footwear accessories etc beach and street wear helpful staff lots of specials and new stock. Great variety and also afterpay available I bought sunglasses and a pair of vans shoes. Changing rooms and wheelchair ♿ accessibility
Impeccable service! Today, I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by the wonderful Arzana (thanks to the emailed receipt i was able to find her name) at North Beach. From the moment I walked in, her genuine warmth and kindness made all the difference. Despite my anxiety (which I hide well) she greeted me with the most sincere smile, instantly putting me at ease. Arzana went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of Crocs for my teenager. She patiently searched through the racks, even kneeling down to ensure she found the right size. When she couldn't locate it, she seamlessly guided me through other options, her helpfulness never faltering. Her thoughtfulness shone through when she asked if I was a member. Though I was unsure, she took the initiative to check using my number anyway, and to my surprise, I was indeed a member! She even pointed out a discount that had been applied for my recent birthday, which I hadn't noticed. Her attention to detail and proactive assistance were truly impressive. As I left the store, bidding me farewell with a genuine smile, I couldn't help but feel immensely grateful. Thanks to her, what could have been a stressful shopping trip turned into a delightful experience. I can confidently say that the $100 spent today was the best investment in any store this year. Please convey my deepest gratitude to Arzana and commend North Beach for employing such exceptional individuals. Her dedication and genuine care have left a lasting impression, and I am truly grateful for her outstanding service. She is amazing!

Absolutely terrible service here and I definitely won't be back. I went in for a refund for some swimming togs I had brought that had a stain on them and the people were both very rude to me. No smiles at all and made me feel very comfortable. I was stuck with something and they basically just stood there looking at me not offering to help. Anyway such a shame as usually like that shop
I can’t remember her name but the lovely girl who served me tonight definitely deserves a raise!! She was so lovely and helpful and actually talked me into getting a few items I was anxious about trying! Loved the lil chat about Anime with her too!! 10/10 awesome service :D thanks again chick!!
I don’t know the guys name but we got served by the coolest dude in this store today! He helped us find everything and went out of his way for us. We bought heaps and will be back!
