   I managed in here okay but was dismayed by the way one of your staff members treated another customer. She was buying a gift and was mimicked and mocked by your salesman. He spoke to her so rudely and in a very degrading tone calling her love and darling as though she was beneath him. He wasn’t saying it in a nice way at all. “Up to you darling”, “Whatever you want love” “I’m here just to serve you darling”. He needs to pull his head in. I won’t be back simply because I was appalled by his behaviour.

   I managed in here okay but was dismayed by the way one of your staff members treated another customer. She was buying a gift and was mimicked and mocked by your salesman.    Pretty standard, run of the mill hallensteins... Except it has terrible changing rooms! There are no hooks in the changing rooms, and you're left having to drape you clothes over this weird arty towel rack looking thing. Not useful for hanging clothes at all. Not only this, there is a weird gap at the bottom and top of the door, making it like some kind of saloon. I am quite tall and was able to see right over the top of the door and into the other changing rooms. This makes the changing rooms feel like they lack privacy. Stop trying to be artsy and get better changing rooms

   30/04 - 5pm. 2 team members at the counter. So busy talking about everything apart from work. Probably 2 customers including me in the store. Didn't acknowledge me even once (not untill I started looking though the knitwear to get my sizes as I was annoyed). Got to the counter to buy and the female team member was colouring in a book. The guy was just standing there. He was even hesitant to answer the store phone. They just didn't want to serve or felt like did not want to be there. One of the most unprofessional experiences. It's a pity that there are people struggling to find jobs but one's that do have them do not value them or their paying customers. My last visit to this Newmarket branch. I am sorry I do not normally complain but felt really offended by this.

   I went to the shop on Sunday and I liked a pair of boots ,but they didn't have my size. I had been offered my size from another shop . I received the call from the shop telling me they have arrived on Tuesday .Went there on Wednesday morning finding out that the boots are different model and color. No apologies, not a word, leaving me disappointed with poor customer service in an empty shop with three members of staff.
