   Your website said the item was "waterproof". When the item arrived the tag said "water repellant". I emailed to advise of this, was asked for photo evidence of the item saying water repellant which I sent through. Never heard anything back after that. I emailed again and was told there was nothing could do as the website was now showing the correct information. Asked to be contacted by phone. Never heard anything back.Terrible service. Would not purchase from again.

   It was amazing, they were helpful and went above, to get me the waterproof jacket I wanted for my son, they were even ready to order it, if they didn't have stock and provided all the information that I needed and was on my way in 5min with the jacket, its nice to have customer service on this level even when you are buying something small.

   3 stars for having a good range, really love their insulated binnies. The best so far I got, puts Kathmandu to shame. However I can not say the same for the staff. They seem overtired and not wanting to make eye contact with customer. Everytime a customer walks in, its like more work for them. Barely smiles or wanting to help. Two other girls I dealt with were all good but there an Indian girl, she really doesn't want any customer interaction. She should stay in the stock room if she doesn't want customer interaction. I avoided going there is she was at the counter. Sylvia Park lady at counter is awesome, very lovely personality.
