   It is quite frustrating shopping here because of poor quality control. 2 out of 3 jeans and pants I bought here had to be returned because of defects. Even after swapping, there were more defects that required re-sewing. I live far away so the long drive back is not ideal. Additionally, unlike nearby shops, the staff felt pushy, making it difficult to take my time to choose what I wanted.

   To the team at Johnny Bigg Sylvia Park Taime and Mele. Thank youse both very very very much. I prayed all week and day trying to find me a right and nice shirt that suit and fits me for islands. They both were nice, helpful and more than you can ask for as a staff. They saved my life. Jus wanted youse both to know thank youse both very very much. It really meant alot to me.    Went into the shop today, it was absolutely amazing found everything I wanted at fantastic prices and the quality was excellent, the staff were so helpful checked the clothes before baging them the service was excellent, will definitely shop there again, it was so nice to have such friendly and helpful staff, It's a shame there is not a store on the north shore,

   Just walked out of Johnny Bigg Sylvia Park. The redheaded manager was exceptionally rude, wouldn't allow us to look for sizes and when I handed her a neatly folded top she literally threw it aside. She went so far as to reprimand a staff member in front of us. I have never in my years experienced behaviour like this by a manager. The treatment of staff and the value of customer service seems to be foreign to this person. There is absolutely no excuse for that kind of behaviour.

   We absolutely hate clothes shopping, but my husband needed a few new business casual shirts, so we decided to make a day of it at Sylvia Park. Stopping in at Johnny Bigg's saved us a whole lot of time and aggravation. Everything there was something available in the size we needed, made well, and the store staff was our ideal; there when we needed, and not shadowing our every move (even though I'm fairly sure we came off sketchy as). I had signed up as a new customer online before our trip and got a 20% first time customer coupon. After seeing that, the sales clerk suggested that we take full advantage by also looking at their pants. He was fine waiting to finish ringing us up while we chose, tried on, and decided on two pair, plus a t-shirt for our son. All in all, we were very happy with our choices.

   I shot in there with my wife to get a sports jacket for Anzac day and walked out with a whole new wardrobe. The staff there are awesome. They know there product really well and are super friendly. They know what they are talking about. I highly recommend this store. Just went back in there today , just want a couple of shirts and walked out with more stuff. For a bigger guy like myself you can still look good, without trying to fit in to smaller mainstream clothing that isn't designed for you.

   Absolutely amazing service. Went in aimlessly trying to find something for a wedding my husband and I are going to attend, Grace greeted us with a bright smile. She was knowledgeable, engaging and very kind. She helped us pick out an outfit that turned my lumberjack man into a skux guy haha. Thanks again for you and your team members amazing service today Grace. I will always be returning to your store and I highly recommend others to go to this store. They have an array of sizes and your guaranteed dedicated service with a laugh.
